You can add additional SKU capacity in blocks of 10,000 or move to the next plan tier as your catalog grows.
A slot is one billable output context for one SKU. It can be a distributor-specific requirement, a destination-specific report, a channel-specific output, or a regional compliance variation. You do not pay more because additional users review the same output.
AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit, per-tenant database isolation, role-based access controls, and immutable audit logs. Legal documents are stored in an S3 Object Lock vault with WORM protection. SSMS is compliant with PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25.
