You can add additional SKU capacity in blocks of 10,000 or move to the next plan tier as your catalog grows.
A slot is one billable output context for one SKU. It can be a distributor-specific requirement, a destination-specific report, a channel-specific output, or a regional compliance variation. You do not pay more because additional users review the same output.
AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit, a dedicated database for each client, role-based access controls, and audit logs. Acceptances of our terms are archived in an Amazon S3 Object Lock vault, in compliance mode (WORM). The details, including what we don't claim, are on our Security and privacy page.
